Our refund terms explained clearly

We want you to be satisfied with HIV Positive Matrimony. Please read our refund policy to understand your rights.

✅ Refund Eligibility

•7-Day Cooling Off: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first subscription payment, provided they have not sent more than 5 interests using the premium features.
•Technical Issues: If platform issues prevent you from using a paid feature for more than 3 consecutive days, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected days.
•Duplicate Charges: Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

•Subscriptions where premium features have been actively used beyond the cooling-off period.
•Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
•Partial months — refunds are not prorated for early cancellation outside the cooling-off period.
•Change of mind after the 7-day window.
•Free plan — no charges, no refunds applicable.

•Email refunds@matrimony.in with your registered email and subscription details.
•Include the reason for the refund request.
•Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

•If your refund request is denied, you may escalate to our grievance officer at grievance@matrimony.in.
•We commit to responding to all escalations within 30 days.
