Please read these terms carefully before using the platform

By accessing or using HIV Positive Matrimony, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

👤 1. Eligibility

  • •You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.
  • •You must be HIV-positive or creating a profile on behalf of an HIV-positive person.
  • •You must provide accurate, truthful information at all times.
  • •One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
  • •You must not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

🔐 2. Account Responsibilities

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

🚫 3. Prohibited Conduct

  • •Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • •Harassment, bullying, or threatening other members.
  • •Soliciting money or financial assistance from other members.
  • •Using the Platform for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • •Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
  • •Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
  • •Sharing another member's private information without consent.

📝 4. Content Policy

  • •You own the content you post, but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
  • •Profile photos must be real images of the profile owner (dummy avatars are permitted).
  • •Explicit, offensive, or illegal content will be removed without notice.
  • •We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.

💳 5. Subscriptions

  • •Subscription plans are detailed on our Subscription Policy page.
  • •Prices are set by the Platform and may be updated with 30 days notice.
  • •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • •Refunds are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policies.

⛔ 6. Termination

  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
  • •You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
  • •On termination, your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

⚠️ 7. Disclaimers

  • •The Platform does not verify health statuses or medical claims of members.
  • •We are not responsible for the conduct of any member.
  • •Matchmaking outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • •We do not endorse any advice exchanged between members.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

  • •Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

🏛️ 9. Governing Law

  • •These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • •Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
